Engagements operate under:
- Clearly defined objectives, scope, exclusions and deliverables
- Named client responsibilities and management decision rights
- Documented outputs, milestones and activity timelines
- Direct invoicing for agreed professional services
Fees relate solely to management consultancy, strategic advisory and business support services. Fees are not linked to transactions, performance outcomes, or capital activity.
Clear Boundaries
Advisory Framework & Limitations
The entity:
- Does not hold, receive or control client funds or assets
- Does not access client bank accounts
- Does not execute transactions or manage assets
- Does not provide regulated or licensed professional services
All implementation and execution responsibilities remain with client management or appropriately licensed third parties.
